It is important that you take time to check the details of your Order throughout each stage of the process and before clicking “Confirm Payment”, as you will not be able to make any changes to your order after this point (if this the case, you will need to Contact us directly).

Once your payment is confirmed, we will send you an email with your purchase details to the address you have given us. As soon as the Order is processed, we will send you an email to confirm that the Items have been dispatched along with a Tracking Number (Free Shipping may not include Tracking).

Please note that Items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse an Order if an item becomes unavailable or out of stock. The stock of particular items may change due to the time required to process an Order (the time that elapses until the Order is processed after it has been placed). If an Item becomes out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and if we have already received payment from you, you will get a 100% refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse an Order if we are unable to obtain authorization of payment, if there is an error in the product information including the price or promotion or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Again, we will notify you by email if the Order is refused because of one the above reasons.

It doesn’t fit!

We want our customers to be satisfied with their order, so if the size you chose was not the right one, we offer you the chance to return your package. Once we receive it back, we will issue a full refund of your purchase (including shipping and any extra costs) or re-ship the item(s) with the correct size.

Please be aware that we only cover the return shipping costs in case of faulty products, wrongly described or different from the image shown.

b) Shipping + Blackpink Gift = US$12.90: The approximate Delivery Time is 2 to 4 weeks and a Surprise Gift is included. A Tracking Number will be supplied to you.

c) Shipping + 2 Blackpink Gifts = US$19.90: The approximate Delivery Time is 2 to 4 weeks. A Tracking Number will be supplied to you.

Important Clarification

The Delivery Times that we offer can vary depending on your Countries Customs and The Speed of your Local Post Office. The Estimated Time of Arrival of our products doesn’t account for Extreme Cases like, for example, to Countries like Mexico who’s Customs can take Months to release a package. On the opposite side of the spectrum we find Canada, UK, Sweden etc (first world countries in general) not nearly as affected.
